What if I can’t make the group live at 6am Wednesday?

That’s absolutely ok, can I just mention you can have the call on with no camera, no mic and just be listening from wherever you are. But also I will be emailing the zoom call directly to your inbox after each session.


Will you answer questions on the LIVE call?

Yes I sure will time provided. I’ll allow 10 minutes at the end of every session to share and to go over the journalling with for the upcoming week.


What if I need extra coaching?

This is absolutely available to you, you can book in a 1 off private coaching call or if you feel you need extra support you can upgrade to any of my 1:1 mentorship’s (depending on availability)


When is the in person event?

At this stage I have set the 4th Sunday of the month aside, I will have more details on this soon. Thinking movement, think relaxation, think connection. These in person events will be so beneficial
