Weekly LIVE coaching with Amy

The community comes together online once a week in a LIVE coaching call. Each week will included hot seat coaching PLUS our weekly topic.

Journalling / Shadow Work

After each weekly group coaching call you will receive journalling prompts to expose, reveal and help you move through each subject and area of growth.

Monthly In Real Life Event

On the 4th Sunday of every month we get together in REAL LIFE. Community is built here. We move together, chat, connect, relax & grow.
